Knotty fingers
Fingers with prominent joints (knuckles) show a thoughtful, analytical mind. Such people question everything, think before acting and enjoy philosophy, science and research.
Smooth fingers
Fingers with smooth, unnoticeable joints show quick, intuitive thinking. Such people act on impulse and feelings, and are often artistic.
Mixed
- Knot at the top joint: an orderly mind.
- Knot at the lower joint: orderliness in material things, a tidy home and work.
Practical meaning
Knotty-fingered people make careful planners and researchers; smooth-fingered people make inspired creators. Both are valuable in different ways.
