Emergency room must be at the northern western side of the hospital. The room for waiting must be place at the southern part of hospital.

Water reservoir drinking water place must be kept at the northern eastern side of the hospital.

Cash counter must be located at the southern or western side of the hospital. It must face the northern or eastern direction. Bathrooms must be at the northern western of hospital.

Medicine shops must be placed at the southern or western part of hospital. The room of patients must be at the southern and northern western side. Examination of patients must be done at the northern sided room ant the doctor must face at the eastern or northern side.

Third floor may have the conference room where the close circuit Television network is lace for watching live operations. Ovens which are used for discarding of wastage and infected substance must be kept at southern western side. The toilet may be at the northern sector. Southern sections may be strengthening with a rock garden. The slopes of the garden must be at the northern or eastern direction.
