The IB officer A.Khan of the film Kaahani in 2011, Siddiqui was born on 19 th May, 1974 in Uttar Pradesh. He studied form Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya in Chemistry and joined the NSD in 1996 for his acting courses. Less known Siddiqui was starred in Sarfarosh in 1999. Though the films were superhits but Nawaz went unrecognised. He married Anjali and has two children. His book An Ordinary life was published in 2017. He won several National and Filmfare Awards for Kaahani, Taalash, Badlapur, Mom etc. His performance in Black Friday won him an award from international film festival.
