Consisted of 59 wards, Cuttack the former capital of the state Odisha, is located at the coordinate of 20°3123N 085°4717E. The 192.5 Km2 of land of this state starts from Choudwar in the north side to the Phulnakhara in the south end, and similarly there is Kandarpur in the east and Naraj in the west. Cuttack is a Hindu dominated place with 89.65% of Hindu people out of the total population of the city. Though Islamism is the second largest religion but there is a huge gap between the percentage of the first and second major religion here, as only 8.23% of people are Muslim.
