Born to Veeru and Veena Devgan, Vishal Devgan aka Ajay was born on 2 nd April, 1969 in New Delhi. He studied from Bappu School and Mithibhai College. He married actress Kajol and has two children. He debuted from Phool Aur kante (won Filmfare award, 1991). He won two national film award for his films Zakhm (1998) and The Legend of Bhagat Singh (2002). His production company is Ajay Devgn FFilms in 2000 and their first production was Raju Chacha and also directed U Me Aur Hum in 2008. Some of his best performances are Gangajal, Deewangee (best actor in negative), Drishyam, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam etc.
