Rakhee Gulzar is known popularly as Rakhee is an Indian film actress. She was born on 15th August 1947. She is a Hindi and Bengali film actress. She debuted with her first Bengali film Badhu Baran. After that, she landed her fit Hindi film Jeevan Mrityu 1970 opposite Dharmendra. She went to star in hit films like Sharmilee(1971), Lal Patthar(1971), Paras(1971), Shehezada(1972), Ankhon Aankhon Mein(1972), Heera Panna(1973), Daag: A Poem of Love(1973), Hamare Tumhare(1979), Aanchal(1980), Shriman Shrimati(1982), Blackmail1973, Tapasya(1976), Banarasi Babu(1973), Lootmar(1980), Baazigar(1993), Karan Arjun(1995), Khalnayak(1993). Her last film was shubho Mahuraat(2003)after which she took retirement. She won three Filmfare awards, one National Award, BFJA Award, etc.
