Kavita also known as Mitthu is a well known face of Indian television and films but she gained her popularity from the role Chandramukhi of FIR. Born on 15 th Feb, 1981 in Delhi she graduated from Indraprastha College for women, Delhi. She received Indian Telly Award for best actor for FIR. Her father is Dinesh Kaushik. Her debut television series was Kutumb in 2001. She gave her voice over in Hindi for the Hollywood film Bolt in 2008. She also did Telugu film Zanjeer and a Punjabi film Vekh Baraatan Challiyan in 2017. She is married to Ronnit Biswas.
