The Indian actor turned producer Anil Kapoor was born on 24 th Dec, 1956 in Mumbai to Nirmal and Surinder Kapoor. He studied from St. Xavier s College. He married Sunita Bhavnani and has three children. He debuted as the child artist at the age on 12in the film Tu Payal Mein Geet in 1971. As a lead he debuted with Hamare Tumhare in 1979. He won many awards including the films Slumdog Millionaire, Gandhi, Beta,Tezaab and has more than 100 films till date. He also produced some films under his banner Anil Kapoor Films and Communications Network.
